Making Advanced Machine Casing and Advanced Storage Housing

Why These Matter

Advanced Machine Casing and Advanced Storage Housing are the shared components behind the disk tiers. You need Advanced Storage Housing to turn any Storage Part or Fluid Storage Part into a finished disk, so stockpile it before you start crafting parts.

Crafting the Components

1. Craft Advanced Machine Casing first. It is the intermediate component in this chain.

2. Use Advanced Machine Casing to craft Advanced Storage Housing.

3. Keep a supply of Advanced Storage Housing on hand so you can assemble disks as soon as parts are ready.

Both are crafting-table recipes. Because every disk tier consumes one Advanced Storage Housing, the number of housings you need equals the number of disks you plan to make.

Pairing With Parts

Once you have Advanced Storage Housing, combine it with the part for your target tier:

• Storage Part + Advanced Storage Housing = Storage Disk
• Fluid Storage Part + Advanced Storage Housing = Fluid Storage Disk

This works for 256k, 1024k, 4096k, 16384k, 65536k, and Infinite item tiers, and for 262m, 1048m, 16384k, 65536k, and Infinite fluid tiers. Build housings in bulk, then match them to whichever parts you have produced.
