Crafting Lapis, Coal, and Emerald Armor Sets

Three Ore-Based Sets

Lapis Helmet, Lapis Chestplate, Lapis Leggings, and Lapis Boots use lapis lazuli. Coal Helmet, Coal Chestplate, Coal Leggings, and Coal Boots use coal. Emeraldd Helmet, Emeraldd Chestplate, Emeraldd Leggings, and Emeraldd Boots use emeralds. All three sets use the same crafting_shaped armor patterns as the rest of the mod.

Crafting Order and Tips

For each set, gather the material first:

• Lapis: mine lapis ore, which drops several lapis per block.
• Coal: mine coal ore or kill wither skeletons for coal.
• Emerald: mine emerald ore in mountains or trade with villagers.

Then arrange the material in the helmet arc, chestplate body, leggings leg shape, and boots pair shape on a crafting table. Craft each piece individually.

Choosing Between Them

Coal armor is the cheapest of the three and good for early backup sets. Lapis armor is a mid-tier option with a steady supply once you find a vein. Emeraldd armor is the most expensive because emeralds are rare, so save it for a display set or a reward. Keep spare materials in labeled chests so you can recraft broken pieces quickly.
