Making Mushroom Boats, Bread, and Food Items

Boats and Transportation

Mushroom Boats are crafted from Planks. Use Mushroom Planks, Glowshroom Planks, Honey Fungus Planks, or Poisonous Mushroom Planks to make the corresponding Boat. Each boat type matches its plank type. You can also craft a Boat with Chest by combining a Boat with a Chest.

The boats work like standard Minecraft boats. Place them on water to ride. The Boat with Chest gives you extra storage while traveling. Use the same Planks for both the boat and the chest to get the correct variant.

Food and Cooking

Mushroom Bread is a food item you can craft. Use Mushroom Spores or other mushroom ingredients to make it. The exact recipe uses mushroom-related items in a shaped or shapeless crafting grid.

Grilled Mushroom is another food item. You can obtain it through smelting, campfire cooking, or smoking. Place a mushroom block or item in a Furnace, Campfire, or Smoker to get Grilled Mushroom. This is a quick way to turn raw mushrooms into a better food source.

Honey Blob and Honeycomb Shred are additional items you can get from Honey Fungus. Use them in crafting or as food ingredients. Poisonous Mushroom items are also available, but be careful with their effects. Always check the item tooltip before eating.
