Getting Mushroom Planks

Mushroom Planks are the base wood block for the classic mushroom family. Craft them from harvested Mushroom blocks at a crafting table, then use them for every wooden shape in the set.

The Wood Set

From Mushroom Planks you can craft Mushroom Stairs, Mushroom Slab, Mushroom Fence, Mushroom Fence Gate, Mushroom Door, Mushroom Trapdoor, Mushroom Button, Mushroom Pressure Plate, Mushroom Sign, and Mushroom Hanging Sign. A Corail Woodcutter turns planks into these shapes with better yield than a crafting table.

Red and Brown Accents

Red Mushroom Carpet, Red Mushroom Button, and Red Mushroom Pressure Plate give red detailing. Brown Mushroom Carpet, Brown Mushroom Button, and Brown Mushroom Pressure Plate give brown detailing. Place carpets on floors and buttons on walls for trim.

Stripped Stems

Use an axe on a placed Mushroom Stem to get Stripped Mushroom Stem, a clean vertical block for pillars and beams.

Boats

Craft a Mushroom Boat for water travel and a Mushroom Boat with Chest for hauling items. Both are built from Mushroom Planks in the standard boat recipe.

Mushroom Food

Mushroom Bread is a food item crafted from mushroom materials. Mushroom Spores are a crafting ingredient used in mushroom recipes. Keep both on hand when expanding your mushroom farm.
