How to Use the Flux Crafter and Auto Flux Crafter

Running Flux Recipes

Place a Flux Crafter and open it. It handles the extendedcrafting:shaped_flux_crafter recipe type. Flux recipes consume Redstone-family materials: Redstone Ingots, Redstone Nuggets, Redstone Components, and Redstone Catalysts. Lay out the ingredients in the required shape and collect the result.

Automating With the Auto Flux Crafter

The Auto Flux Crafter runs the same shaped Flux recipes without manual input. Feed it Redstone Components and related items through hoppers or pipes, and extract the output the same way. This is the standard route for producing Redstone Catalysts and Enhanced Redstone Components in bulk.

The Redstone Chain

Redstone Nuggets combine into Redstone Ingots, and Redstone Ingots combine into Redstone Ingot Blocks for storage. Enhanced Redstone Nuggets, Enhanced Redstone Ingots, and Enhanced Redstone Ingot Blocks form the upgraded tier. The Flux Alternator is part of the Flux crafting chain and is needed as you push toward higher-tier Flux outputs. Flux Stars and Flux Star Blocks are the top-end Flux results.

Practical Tips

• Automate Redstone Nugget production first; it is the bottleneck.
• Use Redstone Ingot Blocks for storage to save chest space.
• Keep the Flux Crafter and Auto Flux Crafter near each other so you can hand-craft prototypes before committing to automation.
