Setting Up the Auto Compressor and Auto Hammer

Auto Compressor

Place an Auto Compressor next to your storage or input chest. Feed it loose materials — Cobblestone, Dirt, Sand, Gravel, Flint, Dust, Soul Sand, Netherrack, End Stone, Andesite, Diorite, or Granite — and it produces the matching compressed block. The Auto Compressor (Rationing) is the same machine with a cap on how much it compresses, useful when you want a fixed buffer instead of a full stack. Both output Compressed Cobblestone, Compressed Dirt, Compressed Sand, Compressed Gravel, Compressed Flint, Compressed Dust, Compressed Soul Sand, Compressed Netherrack, Compressed End Stone, Compressed Andesite, Compressed Diorite, or Compressed Granite depending on input.

Auto Hammer and Auto Compressed Hammer

The Auto Hammer takes compressed stone-family blocks and breaks them into crushed forms. The Auto Compressed Hammer does the same job for compressed inputs at a larger scale. Feed Compressed Cobblestone, Compressed Andesite, Compressed Diorite, Compressed Granite, Compressed Netherrack, or Compressed End Stone into either machine. Outputs are Compressed Crushed Andesite, Compressed Crushed Diorite, Compressed Crushed Granite, Compressed Crushed Netherrack, and Compressed Crushed End Stone, plus loose crushed material.

Chaining the Machines

Run Auto Compressor into Auto Hammer into Auto Sieve. Compressed blocks from the compressor feed the hammer, crushed outputs feed the sieve, and sieve results go to chests. Use the Auto Compressor (Rationing) if you want to throttle the line. Add an Ore Smasher at the end for ore processing.
