Using the Dark Tank for Fluid Storage

Placing and Filling the Tank

Craft a Dark Tank and place it where you want to buffer fluids. The tank accepts Blood and Poison among other fluids. Fill it by using a Blood Bucket or Poison Bucket on the tank, or by connecting it to a Blood Extractor output. The tank holds a large volume, so it is the right block for centralizing fluid before distribution.

Outputting to Machines

The Dark Tank feeds adjacent machines automatically when configured to output. Place a Blood Infuser next to it to infuse items with blood, or a Blood Chest to repair and store blood-charged gear. A Blood Infusion Core also draws from nearby blood storage, so a tank plus core is a compact infusion setup. For poison-based recipes, route Poison from the same tank into the relevant machine.

Managing Multiple Tanks

If you run several production lines, use one Dark Tank per fluid to avoid mixing. Blood and Poison should never share a tank. Use Blood Buckets and Poison Bottles for small manual transfers, and keep a spare Dark Tank empty so you can swap it in when you need to relocate a line without draining the whole system by hand.
