Enhance Horizon and Sky Appearance

Open Sky Settings

Press Right Shift to access shader options, navigate to Shader Options, and find the Sky section.

Adjust Sky Color and Clarity

You'll find controls for:

  • Sky Brightness — makes the sky lighter or darker
  • Sky Saturation — increases or decreases color intensity of the sky
  • Horizon Fog — controls how the sky blends into the horizon line

Increase saturation for more vibrant blues and oranges during sunrise/sunset. Adjust fog to create cleaner, sharper horizon lines or softer, more atmospheric transitions.

Customize Cloud Appearance

Locate Cloud Density and Cloud Brightness sliders. Higher density makes clouds more visible and detailed. Brightness controls how much light clouds reflect.

Refine Sunset and Sunrise

These times of day are most affected by sky settings. Adjust Sky Saturation and Horizon Fog while observing sunset to achieve the visual style you prefer—whether dramatic and colorful or subtle and natural.

Changes apply immediately. Step to high ground or open areas to see the full sky effect clearly.
