Troubleshoot Compatibility Issues with Iris
Verify Iris Installation
Confirm that Iris is installed and active in your Minecraft launcher. Ethereal Vibe Baseline requires Iris to function—it will not work with other shader loaders. Check your mods folder to ensure Iris is present and enabled.
Confirm Shader Activation
Launch the game and press the shader menu key (usually Right Shift or O). You should see Ethereal Vibe Baseline listed as an available shader. If it doesn't appear, the shader files may not be in the correct folder (shaderpacks directory inside your Minecraft folder).
Check for Conflicts
Disable other visual mods temporarily (resource packs with heavy modifications, other shader packs, or graphics-altering mods). Some combinations can cause flickering, missing textures, or crashes. Re-enable them one at a time to identify conflicts.
Update and Reinstall
If the shader behaves oddly (strange colors, missing shadows, extreme lag), try removing and reinstalling Ethereal Vibe Baseline. Ensure your Iris version is current, as older versions may have compatibility gaps with newer shader packs.
