How to Craft a Litherite Void Miner CCU

Gather the Tier Materials

The Litherite Void Miner CCU is the entry point for void mining. Before you can craft it, you need the Litherite tier materials that the mod uses for its first tier of machines. Collect those materials first, then bring them to a crafting table.

Craft the CCU

Open a crafting table and arrange your Litherite-tier materials in a shaped recipe to produce the Litherite Void Miner CCU. The recipe is a crafting_shaped recipe, so the exact arrangement of ingredients in the grid matters. Once crafted, the Litherite Void Miner CCU is a placeable block.

Place the Litherite Void Miner CCU where you want your mining operation to run. It is the base block of the void miner line, and the higher tiers — Aethium Void Miner CCU, Erodium Void Miner CCU, Ionite Void Miner CCU, Kyronite Void Miner CCU, Nanorite Void Miner CCU, Pladium Void Miner CCU, and Xerothium Void Miner CCU — are all separate CCU blocks you can craft and use in the same way.

If you are working toward a higher tier, treat the Litherite Void Miner CCU as your first build and keep the other seven CCU blocks in mind as later goals. Each one is its own registry block, so each is crafted and placed individually rather than upgraded in place.
