How to Make Alabaster Bricks, Small Bricks, and Tiles

Two Brick Scales Per Color

Each alabaster color has its own brick family. Using Black Alabaster as the example: Black Alabaster is the raw block. From it you can produce Black Alabaster Cobble, Black Alabaster Bricks, Black Alabaster Tiles, and the finer Black Small Alabaster Bricks and Black Small Alabaster Tiles.

The stonecutter is the fastest path. Put Black Alabaster in and cut Black Alabaster Cobble, Black Alabaster Bricks, or Black Alabaster Tiles. From Black Alabaster Bricks you can cut Black Small Alabaster Bricks for a tighter pattern. From Black Alabaster Tiles you can cut Black Small Alabaster Tiles. Every one of those parents then cuts into its own Slab, Stairs, and Wall.

Stairs, Slabs, and Walls

Once you have the parent block, the variants follow the standard pattern. Black Alabaster Bricks yields Black Alabaster Brick Slab, Black Alabaster Brick Stairs, and Black Alabaster Brick Wall. Black Small Alabaster Bricks yields Black Small Alabaster Brick Slab, Black Small Alabaster Brick Stairs, and Black Small Alabaster Brick Wall. Black Alabaster Tiles yields Black Alabaster Tile Slab, Black Alabaster Tile Stairs, and Black Alabaster Tile Wall. Black Small Alabaster Tiles yields Black Small Alabaster Tile Slab, Black Small Alabaster Tile Stairs, and Black Small Alabaster Tile Wall.

The same structure exists for Blue Alabaster, Brown Alabaster, and the other alabaster colors. Pick a color, decide whether you want large or small brick scale, and cut everything from one parent block to keep the texture consistent.
