How to Craft Mushroom Planks and Start the Mushroom Wood Set
Turning Mushroom Blocks into Planks
Mushroom Planks are the base for almost every other block in the set. You need Mushroom Hyphae or Stripped Mushroom Hyphae as your starting material. Place the hyphae block in a crafting grid to produce Mushroom Planks, then use those planks to branch out into the rest of the recipes.

Stripping and Storage
If you want the stripped variant, take Mushroom Hyphae and strip it to get Stripped Mushroom Hyphae. This gives you a second texture for building. For storage, craft a Mushroom Cabinet from Mushroom Planks. Cabinets hold items and match the rest of the set, so they work well as a chest alternative in mushroom-themed builds.
Keep a steady supply of Mushroom Hyphae on hand. Every plank recipe consumes hyphae, and the full block set — stairs, slabs, doors, signs, and the cabinet — will drain your stock quickly. Craft planks in batches before you start on furniture and fittings.
