Upgrade Diamond Advanced Netherite Tools to Dragon Tools

Gather Your Netherite Tools

Just like armor, tools must be upgraded from Diamond-tier Advanced Netherite before they can become dragon tools. Craft or obtain your netherite pickaxe, axe, shovel, sword, and hoe.

Smithing Table Conversion Process

1. Open a Smithing Table

2. Place your Diamond Advanced Netherite tool in the left slot

3. Place the corresponding dragon tool variant in the right slot

4. Collect the upgraded dragon tool from the output

Tool-by-Tool Progression

Each tool type converts individually:

• Pickaxe → Dragon Pickaxe
• Axe → Dragon Axe
• Shovel → Dragon Shovel
• Sword → Dragon Sword
• Hoe → Dragon Hoe

Why This Matters

The mod prevents you from jumping straight to powerful dragon tools by requiring the netherite tier as a stepping stone. This creates a natural progression curve and ensures you experience both mod systems rather than rushing to endgame gear.
