Display Custom Enchanted Book Textures in Your World

Prerequisites

Before custom book textures appear, you need both the data pack and a compatible resource pack installed.

Installation Steps

1. Add the data pack: Navigate to your world's datapacks folder and place the Enchanted Book Enabler data pack inside.

2. Load a compatible resource pack: Open your resource pack menu and activate one of the supported packs (Stefan's Enchanted Books, Enchanted Covers, Xali's Enchanted Books, Unique Enchanted Books, or Miles's Enchanted Books).

3. Reload your world: Exit to the main menu and re-enter your world, or use /reload in chat to apply changes immediately.

4. Verify the textures: Hold an enchanted book in your hand or place one in a chest. The book cover should now display unique artwork matching its enchantment type.

Troubleshooting

If books still appear vanilla:

• Confirm the resource pack is ranked above any conflicting packs in your list.
• Check that both the data pack and resource pack are enabled.
• Restart the game completely if using /reload doesn't work.
