How to Spawn an Enchanter

Using the Enchanter Spawn Egg

Hold the Enchanter Spawn Egg and right-click on a solid block to place an Enchanter. The spawn egg is the only way to bring an Enchanter into the world, so keep at least one on hand before you start any enchanting work.

Place the Enchanter on flat ground where you can walk around it. You will need clear access to interact with it repeatedly, so avoid cramming it into a one-block hole.

What to Do Next

Once the Enchanter is standing, your next step is to feed it the items it works with. The Enchanter is the hub for the mod's enchanting loop, which revolves around four items:

• Enchanters Book
• Enchanters Bottle
• Enchanters Experience Bottle
• Mob Enchant Book

Bring these to the Enchanter and interact with it to progress. The Enchanters Book is your starting tool, the Enchanters Bottle and Enchanters Experience Bottle store the experience side of the process, and the Mob Enchant Book is what you are ultimately working toward.

If the Enchanter is not responding, check that you are close enough and that you are holding the correct item. Spawn a second Enchanter if you want to run more than one enchanting station at a time.
