How to Craft and Use Basalt Blocks in EmbellishCraft

Starting from Basalt

Basalt is the raw block for the entire basalt family. From Basalt you can craft Basalt Slab, Basalt Stairs, and Basalt Wall directly, plus Basalt Bricks and Basalt Cobblestone. Basalt Cobblestone then unlocks Basalt Cobblestone Slab, Basalt Cobblestone Stairs, and Basalt Cobblestone Wall.

Brick and paving variants

Basalt Bricks expand into Basalt Bricks Slab, Basalt Bricks Stairs, and Basalt Bricks Wall. For a chunkier look, craft Basalt Large Bricks, which have their own Basalt Large Bricks Slab, Basalt Large Bricks Stairs, and Basalt Large Bricks Wall.

Basalt Cobblestone Bricks form another branch with Basalt Cobblestone Bricks Slab, Basalt Cobblestone Bricks Stairs, and Basalt Cobblestone Bricks Wall.

Decorative sets include Basalt Tiles, Basalt Paving, Basalt Paving Stones, and Basalt Rooftiles. Basalt Tiles and Basalt Paving each have Slab, Stairs, and Wall versions. Basalt Paving Stones adds a Wall, and Basalt Rooftiles provides Slab and Stairs. Basalt Ornament is a single accent block.

Redstone components

Pressure plates exist for Basalt, Basalt Bricks, Basalt Large Bricks, Basalt Cobblestone, Basalt Cobblestone Bricks, Basalt Tiles, Basalt Paving, Basalt Paving Stones, and Basalt Ornament. Basalt Button is the matching button.

Building tips

Use Basalt Cobblestone for rough foundations and Basalt Large Bricks for walls. Basalt Rooftiles Stairs suit dark roof lines, and Basalt Paving Slab works for paths.
