Harvesting the Mushroom Tree

The Balloon Mushroom is a large fungal tree. Its trunk yields Balloon Mushroom Log, Balloon Mushroom Stem, Balloon Mushroom Bark, Balloon Mushroom Stripped Log, and Balloon Mushroom Stripped Bark. Break the cap for Balloon Mushroom Block and Balloon Mushroom Hymenophore, and collect Balloon Mushroom Branch and Balloon Mushroom Small pieces from the structure.

Turn logs into Balloon Mushroom Planks. From those planks craft the full set: Balloon Mushroom Door, Balloon Mushroom Trapdoor, Balloon Mushroom Ladder, Balloon Mushroom Sign, and Balloon Mushroom Bookshelf.

Collecting Sporocarps

Sporocarps are the colored mushroom fruiting bodies. There are sixteen colors: White, Orange, Magenta, Light Blue, Yellow, Lime, Pink, Gray, Light Gray, Cyan, Purple, Blue, Brown, Green, Red, and Black Balloon Mushroom Sporocarp. Each is a distinct block, so gather every color you find for decoration and dye-style variety.

Use sporocarps as colored accents against the neutral Balloon Mushroom Planks and Balloon Mushroom Block surfaces. Combine them with Mycotic Grass for natural-looking fungal gardens, or line a Balloon Mushroom Bookshelf wall with sporocarps for a themed interior.
