Crafting and Using Gravilite Light Sources

From Shards to Lamps

Gravilite Shards are the raw light material of the Eden Ring. Collect them wherever you find Gravilite formations. They are the ingredient base for every Gravilite light block.

Craft Gravilite Shards into a Gravilite Lamp for a compact light source. For a hanging or standing fixture, craft a Gravilite Lantern. For large illuminated areas, craft a Tall Gravilite Lantern — it covers more space than the smaller variants.

Placing Lights Effectively

Use Gravilite Lamp blocks for floor-level lighting along paths and inside rooms. Place Gravilite Lantern blocks where you want a smaller, focused light — under overhangs, beside doors, or on posts. Use Tall Gravilite Lantern blocks in open areas, caverns, or large builds where a single lamp would leave dark gaps.

Because all three are crafted from the same Gravilite Shards, you can convert your shard stock into whichever shape suits the space. Carry a stack of shards while exploring and craft lights on site rather than hauling finished blocks.

Pair Gravilite lighting with Emissive Symbiotic Mold and Symbiotic Mold for organic-looking illuminated surfaces. Dense Volvox Block and Volvox Block can also be placed as decorative glowing accents in builds where you want a different texture than the Gravilite family.
