Using Primordial Redstone and Its Block

Primordial Redstone Basics

Primordial Redstone is the core material of the Earthbounds Mod. It appears in recipes across the item list, including the Flingshot line, so collect it whenever you can. Keep a working stock in your inventory rather than dumping it all into storage.

Crafting the Block

Combine Primordial Redstone into a Block of Primordial Redstone using a shaped recipe at a crafting table. The block is a compact storage form — nine-to-one style compression is the usual pattern for resource blocks, so arrange the Primordial Redstone in the grid accordingly and pull the block from the output slot. Reverse the process when you need loose Primordial Redstone again.

Where It Goes

Primordial Redstone feeds into the crafted items: Copper Buck, Madder Buck, Flingshot, Pertilyo Rod, Powered Beetroot, and Shimmer Shell. Because so many recipes depend on it, running out mid-craft is the most common stall. Craft a Block of Primordial Redstone for the chest and keep a loose stack for active crafting.
