Finding Ruby

Ruby is one of the four registry items in the mod, alongside Mud Bucket, Tropical Ball, and Tropical Slime Block. It is obtained through the mod's content and then used as a crafting ingredient in the mod's recipes.

Crafting With Ruby

The mod has three crafting_shaped recipes and two crafting_shapeless recipes. Ruby feeds into these. Place Ruby in the correct grid pattern for shaped recipes, or anywhere in the grid for shapeless ones, alongside the other required items.

Ruby is not a standalone tool or block in the registry — it is an ingredient. That means its value comes from what it unlocks in the crafting table. Stockpile Ruby when you find it, because you will need it for the mod's other outputs.

Practical Tips

• Keep Ruby in a dedicated chest near your crafting table.
• Pair Ruby with Tropical Ball or Mud Bucket when testing recipes, since those are the other registry items.
• If a recipe fails, switch between shaped and shapeless layouts — the mod uses both types.

Ruby does not require a processing step beyond crafting. Once you have it, it is ready to use immediately.
