Making the Tropical Ball

The Tropical Ball is one of the mod's four registry items. It is produced through the mod's crafting recipes — either a crafting_shaped or crafting_shapeless recipe, depending on which output you are targeting. Gather the base ingredients first, then open a crafting table.

Using the Tropical Ball

The Tropical Ball is the item most closely tied to the Tropical Slime Block. If you want the block, the ball is your starting point. Place the Tropical Ball into the recipe grid in the arrangement the recipe requires. For shaped recipes, match the pattern exactly. For shapeless recipes, drop the items anywhere in the grid.

Recipe Types in This Mod

There are three crafting_shaped recipes and two crafting_shapeless recipes total. The Tropical Ball and Tropical Slime Block are connected through these. If one layout does not produce the block, try the other recipe type with the same items.

Stockpiling

Because the Tropical Ball is an ingredient rather than a final block, craft several at once. Store them near your crafting table alongside Ruby and the Mud Bucket so you can move quickly between recipes. The Tropical Slime Block is the main thing you will convert them into, so keep a steady supply on hand for building projects.
