Making the Cardboard Set

Cardboard is the entry material for the Dustrial Decor armor line. Process your base material into Cardboard, then combine pieces into Folded Cardboard and Smooth Cardboard for the sturdier decorative variants. The armor itself is a four-piece set: Cardboard Helmet, Cardboard Chestplate, Cardboard Leggings, and Cardboard Boots. Craft each slot the way you would any armor set, using Cardboard as the primary ingredient.

Leftover trimmings become Cardboard Scrap, which you can store or use as a cheap filler block. Cardboard Box gives you a storage-style block for builds, while Cardboard Door and Cardboard Trapdoor let you finish a warehouse or shipping-crate room without switching materials.

Building With It

Smooth Cardboard upgrades the look with Smooth Cardboard Slab and Smooth Cardboard Stairs, so you can run full walls, floors and rooflines in a consistent cardboard theme. Use Folded Cardboard as a textured accent block between flat Cardboard panels.

Cardboard armor is cheap to replace, which makes it useful for early exploration or for dressing up mannequin-style builds. Pair it with Cardboard Box stacks to sell the "just shipped" look in a storage room, then line the walls with Smooth Cardboard Slab to hide the seams.
