How to Use Teleport Back and Teleport Randomizer

Teleport Back

Teleport Back returns you to a safe point, typically where you last set your anchor or where you entered the current area. Use it when you are deep in a dungeon, low on supplies, or carrying loot you cannot afford to lose. Activate Teleport Back from your inventory or hotbar to trigger the return.

Set your return point before you go somewhere dangerous. If you activate Teleport Back without a valid destination, it does nothing useful, so confirm your anchor first.

Teleport Randomizer

Teleport Randomizer sends you to an unpredictable location. Use it when you are stuck, when you want to escape a fight you cannot win, or when you want to explore without walking. Because the destination is random, never use it while carrying items you cannot risk losing, and never use it when you are already at low health in a hostile area.

Combining Them

A reliable pattern is to carry both. Use Teleport Randomizer to escape a bad situation, then use Teleport Back once you are safe to return to your anchor. Keep both items in your hotbar during dungeon runs so you can react without opening menus.
