How to Get Started with Druidcraft: First Tools and Materials

Gather Basic Resources

Begin by finding Darkwood Log and Elder Log trees. Break their leaves to collect Darkwood Sapling and Elder Sapling for replanting. Chop logs into Darkwood Planks and Elder Planks using a standard crafting table. These planks unlock the full woodset: Darkwood Door, Darkwood Trapdoor, Darkwood Fence, Darkwood Fence Gate, Darkwood Button, Darkwood Pressure Plate, Darkwood Slab, Darkwood Stairs, and the matching Elder variants.

Mine Amber Ore and Fiery Glass Ore when you encounter them underground. Smelt Amber Ore to obtain Amber, and combine nine Amber into a Block of Amber. Smelt Fiery Glass Ore to get Fiery Glass, then craft nine into a Block of Fiery Glass.

Craft Your First Tools

Use a Knife for harvesting plant materials. Craft Bone Tools — Bone Axe, Bone Pickaxe, Bone Shovel, Bone Hoe, Bone Sword, and Bone Sickle — from Chitin and bone-type materials. The Bone Sickle is essential for gathering Hemp, Lavender, Elderflower, and Elderberries efficiently.

Craft a Ceramic Lantern for portable light and a Crate for compact storage. Plant Hemp Seeds on farmland to grow Hemp, which feeds into further crafting. Collect Blueberries from bushes and combine them with other ingredients to make a Blueberry Muffin or an Apple-Elderberry Crumble.
