How to Craft Tall Jungle, Acacia, and Dark Oak Doors

Short First, Then Tall

Every wood type follows the same progression. Craft the Short door from its planks, then upgrade to the Tall door by placing the short door in the center of a crafting grid and filling the surrounding slots with the matching planks. This gives you Tall Jungle Door, Tall Acacia Door, and Tall Dark Oak Door.

Jungle Doors

Craft Short Jungle Door from jungle planks, then upgrade with jungle planks to Tall Jungle Door. Jungle wood has a dense, tropical grain that suits overgrown builds.

Acacia Doors

Craft Short Acacia Door from acacia planks, then upgrade with acacia planks to Tall Acacia Door. Acacia's orange tone pairs with savanna-themed structures.

Dark Oak Doors

Craft Short Dark Oak Door from dark oak planks, then upgrade with dark oak planks to Tall Dark Oak Door. Dark oak's deep brown works for manor and castle entrances.

Sawmill Option

All three woods can be processed through a woodworks sawmill to produce door outputs, letting you batch-convert logs without arranging planks by hand. Tall variants need two blocks of clearance and open on right-click, with redstone accepted at the lower half.
