How to Craft the Dimensional Tank and Store Fluids

Crafting the Dimensional Tank

Craft a Dimensional Core first. Then arrange Dimensional Wall blocks around it in the crafting grid the same way you would for a Dimensional Chest: core in the center, walls filling the other eight slots. The result is a Dimensional Tank.

Filling and Draining

Place the Dimensional Tank and interact with it to move fluids in and out. Like the Dimensional Chest, the tank stores its contents dimensionally, so every Dimensional Tank you place shares the same fluid storage. Fill a tank at one location and drain it from another.

This is useful for moving lava, water, or other fluids across long distances without buckets or pipes. Set up a tank near a lava source, fill it, then place a second tank at your base and pull the fluid out.

Practical Setup

Keep a Dimensional Core and Dimensional Wall blocks in your kit so you can craft extra tanks wherever you need a fluid access point. Because all tanks share storage, you can chain several together as convenient taps rather than as separate reservoirs. Pair a tank with a chest at the same site to handle both solid items and fluids from one location.
