DimStorage Progression: Cores, Chests, Tanks, and Tablets

Start With the Dimensional Core

Everything in DimStorage builds from the Dimensional Core. It is made with a shaped crafting recipe, so gather the required ingredients and arrange them in the correct pattern in a crafting grid. Once you have a Dimensional Core, you can use it in the shaped recipes for the other dimensional items. There is also a Solid Dimensional Core, a separate core variant produced by its own shaped recipe.

Craft the Storage Blocks

With a Dimensional Core in hand, craft a Dimensional Chest for item storage or a Dimensional Tank for fluid storage. Both are blocks and both use shaped crafting recipes. Place them in your base to create fixed storage points. If you want a structural block, craft the Dimensional Wall, which is also a shaped recipe. Build the chest and tank first if your priority is storing what you gather.

Add Portable Access

Craft a Dimensional Tablet to carry dimensional access with you. It uses a shaped recipe and, like the chest and tank, depends on the Dimensional Core. The practical order is: craft the Dimensional Core, then the Dimensional Chest and Dimensional Tank for your base, then the Dimensional Tablet for travel. If you need more storage later, repeat the core recipe and craft additional chests or tanks. The Solid Dimensional Core gives you the alternate core variant when you want it.
