From Hardened to Noist

The Ascium progression runs Hardened Ascium, then Noist Ascium, then Refined Ascium. Each stage is a distinct block and each is produced through a processing step rather than a simple crafting grid. Gather the base material first, then convert it upward one tier at a time.

Processing Steps

Place your starting Ascium material and process it into Hardened Ascium. From Hardened Ascium, process again to reach Noist Ascium. From Noist Ascium, process once more to reach Refined Ascium. Do not skip tiers — Refined Ascium requires Noist Ascium as its input, and Noist Ascium requires Hardened Ascium.

Storage and Use

Refined Ascium is the end product and the material you want to accumulate. Keep intermediate Hardened Ascium and Noist Ascium in separate chests so you do not accidentally feed the wrong tier into a machine. Because the chain is linear, calculate how much Refined Ascium you need and multiply backward to know how much raw material to gather before you start processing.
