Making Arrows: Wooden, Ice, Venom, and Auric

Arrow Types and Their Materials

Four arrow variants exist: Wooden Arrow, Ice Arrow, Venom Arrow, and Auric Arrow. Each is crafted at the Workbench using shaped recipes. Wooden Arrow is the baseline and uses common materials. Ice Arrow requires Ice Shard, which you get from Ice Elemental encounters or ice-themed blocks. Venom Arrow requires Venom Vial, obtained from Scorpion Gland processing or Monstrous Scorpion drops. Auric Arrow uses rarer metals.

Crafting and Using Them

1. Open a Workbench.

2. Arrange the shaft materials in the standard arrow pattern.

3. Substitute the tip with Ice Shard, Venom Vial, or the auric component depending on which arrow you want.

4. Craft in batches of four where the recipe allows.

Ice Arrows apply a chilling effect on hit. Venom Arrows apply poison. Auric Arrows deal the highest damage of the four and are worth saving for tough targets. Pair any of these with the Frozen Bow for a themed ranged setup, or use them with a standard bow if you have not crafted the Frozen Bow yet.
