Building with Ice Bricks and Ice Furniture

Crafting the Base Blocks

Ice Bricks are the foundation of the ice building set. Craft them at a Workbench from Ice Shard and related ice materials. Once you have Ice Bricks, you can derive the full furniture set: Ice Brick Slab, Ice Brick Stairs, Ice Button, Ice Pressure Plate, Ice Door, Ice Trapdoor, and Ice Chest.

Furnishing a Build

1. Craft a stack of Ice Bricks first — everything else consumes them.

2. Convert some into Ice Brick Slab and Ice Brick Stairs for floors and steps.

3. Craft Ice Door and Ice Trapdoor for entrances.

4. Add Ice Button and Ice Pressure Plate for redstone triggers.

5. Place Ice Chest for storage that matches the theme.

If you want a trap, upgrade a placed Ice Chest into a Trapped Ice Chest. This variant looks identical but can be wired to redstone. The whole set works well in frozen biomes, ice caves, or any build where you want a cold palette without resorting to packed ice.
