How to Upgrade Dank Storage Tiers with Red Print

Upgrade Recipe Type

The mod uses the dankstorage:upgrade recipe type for all tier progression. Upgrades are how you move from one storage tier to the next. The Red Print is the key item involved in upgrade recipes.

Tier Chain

Storage tiers follow a fixed order:

• Dank 1 to Dank 2
• Dank 2 to Dank 3
• Dank 3 to Dank 4
• Dank 4 to Dank 5
• Dank 5 to Dank 6
• Dank 6 to Dank 7

The numbered upgrade items map directly onto this chain: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5, 5 to 6, and 6 to 7. Each upgrade item corresponds to one step in the chain.

Steps

1. Obtain the storage item for your current tier, for example Dank 1.

2. Obtain the matching upgrade item for the next step, for example 1 to 2.

3. Use the upgrade recipe with the Red Print as required by the recipe.

4. Repeat with the next tier and the next upgrade item until you reach Dank 7.

Do not skip tiers. Each upgrade item only advances storage by one step, so plan your materials around the full chain from Dank 1 through Dank 7.
