How to Craft and Use the Dock in Dank Storage

Placing and Using the Dock

The Dock is the only block in the mod. Place it down and use it as the access point for your storage network. Interact with the Dock to open the storage interface, then move items in and out of the connected storage.

Why the Dock Matters

All of your Dank storage items are managed through the Dock. If you cannot open your storage, check that you are interacting with the Dock block and not a decorative block. Keep the Dock accessible in your base so you can deposit loot after mining trips and pull out building materials without carrying chests around.

Practical Setup

1. Craft a Dock.

2. Place the Dock where you want your main storage terminal.

3. Interact with the Dock to open the storage screen.

4. Insert items into storage and withdraw them as needed.

Because the Dock is a block, you can build your base around it. Put it near your crafting area so you can grab ingredients, craft, and deposit the results without walking back and forth. If you expand your storage later, you still use the same Dock to reach everything.
