Adjust Shader Intensity and Glow Settings

Access Shader Options

Open your shader settings menu while in-game. Most shader packs integrate with your graphics options—look for a "Shaders" button in Video Settings, or use the shader configuration screen if available through your mod loader.

Customize Visual Intensity

Look for sliders controlling:

  • Grid brightness: Reduces or increases the visibility of the dark grid overlay
  • Neon point glow: Controls how bright the glowing scan points appear
  • Scanline intensity: Adjusts the prominence of horizontal/vertical lines across blocks
  • Background darkness: Makes the dark areas darker or lighter for better visibility

Fine-Tune for Your Hardware

If you experience frame drops despite the shader's low-end optimization, reduce glow intensity or disable optional visual effects. If the world feels too dark and hard to navigate, increase grid brightness or neon point intensity to maintain visibility while keeping the sci-fi aesthetic.

Test changes in different lighting conditions—caves, night, and bright areas—to find settings that work across all environments.
