Cyberware upgrades are powerful but dangerous. Your maximum safe implant capacity equals twice your current experience level—exceed this and you risk cyberpsychosis.

To install implants: find a Ripperdoc trader to purchase cyberware, then use an Operating Table to equip them. Press I to view your body status screen and monitor active implants.

If you install too many upgrades beyond your humanity limit, you'll suffer cyberpsychosis symptoms, which distort nearby mobs into shadowy figures and trigger hostile Cyberpsychos to spawn. Combat abilities like the Sandevistan (which slows enemies by 85%) are tempting, but always check your XP level first. Balance power with restraint, or face the consequences.
