How Head Slot Equipment Works

This pack redesigns how items equipped in your head slot are displayed. Instead of floating in front of your face, weapons and tools now position themselves directly in your character's mouth—matching how Jujutsu Kaisen characters wield swords.

When you equip a weapon on your head slot, the pack automatically adjusts its position and rotation. This applies to swords, claws, and other blade weapons that have been updated with 3D models.

Testing Different Equipment Positions

Equip various weapons in your head slot and switch to first-person view to see the new positioning. The loudspeaker item is a key example—it now appears right in front of your mouth instead of in your hand, creating an authentic anime appearance.

Switch between first-person and third-person view to see how other players perceive your equipped items. The visual changes are most noticeable with the split soul katana and cursed scissors.

Combining with Armor

Note that head slot items will overlap with helmets and other head armor. Plan your loadout accordingly if you want both protection and these visual enhancements.
