Crafting the Diamond Lance and Netherite Lance

Diamond Lance

To make a Diamond Lance, open a crafting table and lay out the shaped recipe exactly as registered. The Diamond Lance is a standalone shaped recipe, not an upgrade of the Iron Lance, so you must supply the full ingredient set again. Gather diamonds first, then place them in the pattern the recipe requires. If the grid does not accept your layout, rotate or mirror the arrangement until it matches — shaped recipes are position-sensitive.

Netherite Lance

Once the Diamond Lance is in hand, the Netherite Lance is the next shaped recipe. You need netherite-tier materials plus the other ingredients the recipe lists. Craft it at a crafting table the same way: exact pattern, exact slots. There is no smithing step described in the mod's recipe types, only crafting_shaped, so do not look for a smithing table route.

Practical notes

• Each lance is a separate item: Wooden Lance, Stone Lance, Iron Lance, Diamond Lance, Netherite Lance.
• Keep the Diamond Lance until the Netherite Lance is finished, then decide which to carry.
• Lances are held in the main hand and used as reach weapons; the material only changes damage and durability, not the recipe type.
