Making Nutella and Peanut Butter Chocolate
Make Nutella First
Nutella is a standalone spreadable you produce through the processing chain. Once you have it, it becomes the filling for the peanut-butter-style chocolate line. Keep a jar on hand before you start casting.
Cast the Peanut Butter Bars
With Nutella ready and a base chocolate prepared, cast the three peanut butter variants:
- Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate
- Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate
- Peanut Butter White Chocolate
Each uses its matching base — Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, or White Chocolate — combined with the peanut butter filling. Use a Silicon Mold to shape them.
Pair with Mixed Nuts
If you are already running a nut batch, Mixed Nuts Dark Chocolate, Mixed Nuts Milk Chocolate, and Mixed Nuts White Chocolate use the same three base chocolates. Producing both lines together lets you share the base chocolate you have already melted and cast.
Storage and Use
These bars are finished products — they do not need further processing. Keep them separate from your plain base chocolates so you do not accidentally use a flavored bar where a plain one is required. If you are baking, reserve some Nutella before casting, since it is also used on its own.
