Making Golden Chocolate and Praline

Produce Golden Chocolate

Golden Chocolate is the premium end of the chocolate line. It requires the full processing chain up through finished chocolate before you can make it. Work your way from Cacao Nibs through Cacao Mass Bottle and Cacao Butter Bottle to a base chocolate, then combine into Golden Chocolate.

Make the Praline Line

Praline is a filling used across all three base chocolates. Once you have it, cast:

  • Praline Dark Chocolate
  • Praline Milk Chocolate
  • Praline White Chocolate

Use a Silicon Mold for shaping. Each variant uses its matching base chocolate — Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, or White Chocolate.

Compare with Caramel

Caramel Dark Chocolate, Caramel Milk Chocolate, and Caramel White Chocolate follow the same three-base pattern with a caramel filling. If you are already set up for praline, you can run caramel in the same session using the same molds and base chocolates.

Plan the Batch

Golden Chocolate and praline both consume finished chocolate, so produce more base bars than you think you need. Keep Cacao Mass Bucket and Cacao Butter Bottle stocked so you are not stopping mid-batch to reprocess nibs.
