Locating the Hotbar Settings

The Create Style Interface automatically reskins your hotbar and health icons with a brass and mechanical theme. The hotbar appears at the bottom of your screen in first-person view, showing your equipped items and hunger/health status with custom mechanical icons.

Making the Most of the Mechanical Design

The hotbar uses a warm brass color scheme that matches Create mod machinery. Your health hearts and hunger shanks are replaced with mechanical variants that fit the overall aesthetic. When you take damage or eat food, these icons animate smoothly within the new design.

If you're using AppleSkin, the mod's saturation and exhaustion overlays will also be restyled to match. This means food tooltips and nutrition information display with the same brass and blueprint paper aesthetic.

Checking Compatibility

If you notice the hotbar doesn't appear correctly, verify that no conflicting resource packs are loaded above Create Style Interface in your resource pack list. The pack should load after any shader packs but may need adjustment based on other UI mods you've installed.

The mechanical hotbar design remains consistent whether you're in survival, creative, or adventure mode.
