Troubleshoot Stone Generators Still Working

Confirm Data Pack Loading

Run /datapack list in chat to see all active data packs. The obsidian generator data pack should appear in the enabled list. If it's missing, reinstall it into the datapacks folder and reload.

Check for Conflicts

If other data packs or mods modify Create recipes, they may override this data pack's changes. Disable conflicting packs one at a time to identify the source. Load this data pack last in your pack order if your launcher supports priority settings.

Verify Non-Obsidian Generators

Test other stone generators (andesite, diorite, granite) to confirm they work normally. If all generators are broken, the issue is likely a mod conflict rather than this data pack. If only obsidian generation fails, the data pack is functioning correctly.
