Using Supports, Catwalk Stairs, and Train Hulls in Builds

Supports and Wedges

Andesite Support, Brass Support, and Copper Support are structural blocks for framing walls, ceilings, and machinery. Each has a matching Support Wedge: Andesite Support Wedge, Brass Support Wedge, and Copper Support Wedge. Use Support blocks as vertical or horizontal beams, and place Support Wedge where a beam meets a surface to create a smooth angled transition. Craft them from the matching metal or stone material.

Catwalk Stairs

Andesite Catwalk Stairs, Brass Catwalk Stairs, and Copper Catwalk Stairs are stair blocks styled like industrial walkways. Use them to build catwalks, gantries, and elevated platforms. Place them alongside Mesh Fence blocks — Andesite Mesh Fence, Brass Mesh Fence, and Copper Mesh Fence — to add railings to your catwalks.

Train Hulls

Andesite Train Hull, Brass Train Hull, and Copper Train Hull are hull blocks for train-style builds. Use them as the outer shell of a locomotive or carriage, then line the interior with Sheet Metal, Windows, and Cage Lamps. Combine Train Hull with Catwalk Stairs for exterior walkways, and use Support and Support Wedge to frame the hull edges. Because these blocks share the andesite, brass, and copper palettes, you can build an entire train, factory, or station using one metal family without color clashes.
