Respond to Player Reports and Investigate

Regular players can report rule-breakers using /report <player> <reason>. These reports appear in the staff chat channel.

Steps:

1. Type /staffchat to enter the private helper chat

2. Read incoming reports from players

3. Note the reported player's name and the reason given

Once you receive a report, gather information:

1. Type /vanish to become invisible

2. Type /inspect <player> to view their profile and past notes

3. Type /invsee <player> to check what items they're carrying (useful for theft or duping reports)

4. Observe their behavior without them knowing

Based on your investigation:

1. If the report is valid, type /freeze <player> to stop them

2. Use /freezerchat to discuss the issue privately

3. Type /inspect <player> and add a note documenting what you found

4. Share your findings in /staffchat with other helpers

This systematic approach ensures reports are taken seriously and handled fairly.
