Crafting the Stone Wand

The Stone Wand is the entry point to the Construction Wand line. It is produced through a shaped crafting recipe that combines a stick-type handle with stone-tier materials. Place the ingredients in the crafting grid in the shaped pattern the recipe shows, then move the finished Stone Wand into your inventory.

Using It to Extend Builds

Hold the Stone Wand in your main hand and place a block against an existing face. The wand repeats that block placement along the direction you are facing, letting you extend a wall, floor, or row without clicking each block individually. The Stone Wand has the shortest reach and the smallest placement limit of the wand family, so it is best for small fills and short runs.

To change what the wand does, open its mode options and pick a different placement behavior. Switching modes changes whether the wand extends in a line, fills an area, or copies the face you are aiming at. Because the Stone Wand is the weakest tier, keep your runs short and refill your hotbar often. When you outgrow it, upgrade to the Iron Wand, which uses the same handling but reaches further and places more blocks per use.
