Making Colored Concrete Bricks, Tiles and Pillars

Pick your color and build the brick layer

Each color follows the same chain. Using black as the example: craft Black Concrete Bricks from Black Concrete, then craft Black Concrete Tiles from the bricks. Do the same for blue to get Blue Concrete Bricks and Blue Concrete Tiles.

Plain Black Concrete also has Black Concrete Slab, Black Concrete Stairs, Black Concrete Wall, Black Concrete Gate, Black Concrete Pillar and Black Concrete Corner Pillar. The blue set mirrors this exactly.

Stonecutting and layout

Run Black Concrete, Black Concrete Bricks or Black Concrete Tiles through a stonecutter to get the slab, stair, wall, gate and pillar shapes directly. This avoids crafting each variant one at a time.

For a clean colored wall, use Black Concrete Bricks as the field, Black Concrete Brick Slab as the cap, and Black Concrete Pillar every few blocks with Black Concrete Corner Pillar at corners. Switch to Black Concrete Tiles for a smoother panel, and use Black Concrete Brick Gate or Black Concrete Tile Gate for openings. Repeat with the blue blocks for a two-tone build.
