Use Rule of Thirds for Better Screenshot Composition

Understanding Rule of Thirds

The Rule of Thirds is a photography principle where you divide your frame into a 3×3 grid. Important elements—like your subject's face, a landmark, or the horizon—should align with the grid lines or intersections rather than sitting in the center. This creates more dynamic, visually interesting shots.

Applying It with Composition Shaders

Enable the Rule of Thirds overlay in your shader settings. Position your camera so that key focal points align with the grid lines. For example, place a player's head at an intersection, or align the horizon with a horizontal grid line.

Framing Your Shot

Move around your subject using the camera controls, watching how elements align with the grid. Once you're satisfied with the composition, take your screenshot. The overlay helps you avoid centering everything, which often feels static and less engaging in final images.
