Using Comforts to Sleep Anywhere Without a Bed
Why carry a Sleeping Bag or Hammock
A full bed is bulky and needs a flat two-block space. Comforts gives you two lighter options: Sleeping Bags and Hammocks. Both let you rest without hauling a bed around, which matters on long trips, in caves, or when your base is far away.
Sleeping Bag setup
Craft a Sleeping Bag in any of the sixteen colors. Place it on the ground where you want to sleep. It behaves as a rest block, so you can lie down and skip the night without building a bed frame. When you move on, break it and take it with you.
Hammock setup
For a hammock you need two things: a Rope and Nail and a Hammock Cloth of your chosen color. Craft the Rope and Nail, place it as the anchor, then use the Hammock Cloth to hang the hammock there. This is ideal when the ground is uneven or you want to sleep against a wall. Pick your color from Black, Blue, Brown, Cyan, Gray, Green, Light Blue, Light Gray, Lime, Magenta, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, White, or Yellow to match your gear. Carry a Rope and Nail and a Hammock Cloth together so you can set up a rest point anywhere.
