Setting Up a Blended Barrel and Ethereal Table

Place the Blended Barrel

Craft a Blended Barrel and place it down as a storage block. Use it to hold bulk ingredients — Dustsprout, Baked Rhizome Slice, Crystalline Carbon Item, and other materials you accumulate while exploring. Keeping a dedicated barrel near your crafting area saves inventory space and makes recipe lookups faster.

Place the Ethereal Table

Craft an Ethereal Table and set it beside the barrel. The Ethereal Table is a functional block, so it needs to be placed in the world. Put it in a lit, enclosed room so you can work without mob interference. Together, the barrel and table form a compact crafting and storage station.

Stock the Station

Fill the barrel with the items you use most: Nether brick variants for building, food items like Dustsprout Pie, and utility items such as Fortified Glass. Keep schematics like the Curseweed Recipe Schematic, Extipator Recipe Schematic, and Fluke Talisman Recipe Schematic in a separate chest so they do not get mixed into bulk storage. Restock the barrel after each trip into the Nether so the station is always ready.
