Craft the Talisman

With the schematic in hand, open a crafting table and follow the recipe it reveals. The Fluke Talisman is a wearable or held curio-style item, so once crafted it goes into your inventory and can be equipped or used directly. Keep the schematic stored somewhere safe afterward in case you want to make a second one.

What to Do With It
