From Block to Brick

Start by collecting Ancient Netherrack. Once you have a stack, take it to a crafting table and turn it into Ancient Netherrack Bricks. From the bricks you can branch into the full decorative set: Ancient Netherrack Brick Slabs, Ancient Netherrack Brick Stairs, and Ancient Netherrack Brick Wall. You can also craft the plain Ancient Netherrack Slab, Ancient Netherrack Stairs, and Ancient Netherrack Wall if you prefer the rougher look.

Stonecutting for Variety

Take your Ancient Netherrack Bricks to a stonecutter. Stonecutting is the efficient way to produce the slab, stair, and wall variants without wasting blocks. Cut exactly the shapes you need for the build rather than crafting extras.

Chiseled Accents

For detail work, craft Chiseled Ancient Netherrack Bricks. Use them as a border, a pillar cap, or a single accent block inside a wall of plain bricks. The chiseled version breaks up large flat surfaces and makes corridors and rooms read better. Combine the full set — bricks, slabs, stairs, walls, and chiseled — to build Nether bases that match the mod's palette.
