Installation and Basic Use

ColorFulShader is a lightweight shader pack designed to add colored lighting effects to your Minecraft world without demanding high-end hardware. Once installed, the shader automatically applies bright, colorful glows to all light sources in your game—torches, lamps, glowstone, and similar blocks will emit tinted light that spreads across nearby surfaces.

The mod preserves Minecraft's classic vanilla appearance while enhancing it with these illumination effects. Because it's optimized for low-end systems, you should experience stable frame rates even on older computers. Simply enable the shader and play normally; no special configuration or block placement is required. The colored lighting works seamlessly with standard vanilla gameplay.
